Standard style matching selection
Based on the customer-provided dimensions of the door panel, the weight of the door body, the installation hole arrangement method, and the usage scenario, we will precisely select the standard-sized models from our existing full range of hinge products. The inventory is sufficient in stock, the sample production and delivery cycle is short, and it effectively controls the procurement and mold costs.

Exclusive development and design for non-standard new products
When the existing standard hinge structure, size and load-bearing capacity cannot meet the special assembly requirements of the door body, our technical design team will conduct a new structure design, mold making, sample testing and mass production delivery based on the customer's door body parameters, construction drawings and physical samples. They will create one-on-one customized hinge products for the customer.
